On Wednesday, rumors ran rampant over whether or not the New York Knicks were interested in trading Iman Shumpert, then came the rumor that the Denver Nuggets weren’t even interested in a “proposed” Shumpert for Kenneth Faried swap.

Well, after the Knicks’ game against the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night, Shumpert gave his two cents on the whole situation.

"[H/T Fansided.com]“It pissed me off,” Shumpert proclaimed. “That’s what the New York media does.”“It’s not the first time, but it happens,” the Knicks’ guard added."

It’s still believed that the Knicks, if given the right deal, would dealt Shumpert. Apparently, that “right deal” is anything with size. Shumpert’s would-be replacement, if he was indeed traded, Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 14 points in 15 minutes on Wednesday night and is averaging 7.9 points per game this season.
