Oh, the irony.

At the end of the day, for Glen Davis, it came down to a decision between Kevin Garnett (Brooklyn Nets) or Doc Rivers (Los Angeles Clippers). Can you guess who won this round?

Exactly.

Just like Rivers won by ending up with the Clippers, Garnett lost just like he did when he ended up on a very overrated Nets squad.

According to various reports (Yahoo amongst others), word is that Davis has elected to join the Clippers, which is the main reason why the Nets decided to sign Jason Collins.

The 28-year-old forward reached a buyout with the Orlando Magic Friday and was waived. Davis averaged 12.1 points and 6.3 rebounds per games in 45 games this season with the Magic.

The move makes a great deal of sense for both parties. Davis is reunited with his old coach (Rivers) and gets to play with a contender and the Clippers get much needed depth on their frontline.
