NBA Playoffs 2014: Lance Stephenson, LeBron James Have A Moment

At the end of the day, we knew they’d make up. We knew that they liked each other, in a good way.

Or at least respected each other.

After the blowing in ears, touching of faces and continuous trash-talking (on-and-off the court), Lance Stephenson and LeBron James found a way to be above it all.

Shortly after the Miami Heat clinched their fourth-straight NBA Finals appearance, Stephenson and James shared a moment on the court.

A very short moment, but a moment nonetheless. The two found each other and hugged it out.

I think it’s pretty amazing that these two players found a way to put everything that has happened in this nba playoff series aside to show respect to one another.

Ironically, it was probably the most mature thing that Stephenson did all series long — even if he didn’t really mean it. I’m sure Stephenson really learned something from this series against LeBron. He’ll be a better player because of it.
