Before Lance Stephenson was blowing in LeBron’s ear, and before the Indiana Pacers suffered an unprecedented collapse, Lance Stephenson was regarded as an exceptionally talented basketball player. Harmless antics and expected overreactions aside, he still is. His RPM rating is somewhat underwhelming, though if allowed to flourish outside of George’s (both of them) shadow, his score would likely increase. Regardless, at just 23 years old, the sky’s the limit for this electric talent.
