RFA, Point Guard, 4.06 RPM

Though its unlikely he leaves Phoenix, any team that can snag Bledsoe should do it…immediately. With a RPM rating of 4.06, Bledsoe is one of the highest rated free agents available. Despite his diminutive size, Bledsoe is a terror on defense, chasing down unsuspecting opponents for blocks like some sort of LeBron James-mini-me. He’s still learning how to be an effective floor-general, but at only 24 years-old, he’s worth the wait.
