Dirk Nowitzki fully expects to resign with his Dallas Mavericks this summer, so any chances of him leaving would likely involve some sort of sign-and-trade for a bigger superstar. Such a scenario is unlikely, but it was important to rank Dirk like any other free agent, if for no other reason then entertainment. He’s one of the most effective per-minute players in the league (via RPM), but at age 36, he could breakdown at anytime.
