NBA Draft 2015: Emmanuel Mudiay to Play in China

The big story out of college basketball over the past few weeks was about former SMU recruit and future NBA lottery pick, Emmanuel Mudiay’s intention on leaving college to play overseas. You can read the previous article on him here.

It appears the top high school prospect will be taking his talents to China, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.

Mudiay will get pro experience one year in advance while making $1.2 million more than he would have this past season.

The team he will play for, Guangdong, is known as a powerhouse team in the China Basketball Association. They won 30 of their 34 games this past season.
