4. DeMarcus “Boogie”  Cousins

Boogie Cousins gets a bad rap because of his attitude and past behavior. Unfortunately, he’s also been on really bad teams, which makes it seem like he’s part of the problem.

I don’t think so, though. Cousins just wants to win, and he needs some help around him to make that happen.

Sacramento tried to trade for Rondo last season, but the trade was halted because Rondo would sign a long-term deal with the Kings. The Kings should be better this season, if their young players, like Ben McLemore and Nic Stauskas, become quality players in the league.

If the Kings stink again, I have to wonder how much more losing Boogie can take before he wants out of Sacramento. It’d be a devastating blow to a franchise that feels like its climbing its way out of the NBA gutter. Cousins, though, has to do what’s right for him and forcing a trade could be a very viable option, more viable than some people think.
