7. Monta Ellis
Monta Ellis can take over the game with the best of them, but he is also an underrated playmaker.
Last season he, and Dirk Nowitzki, carried the Dallas Mavericks to the playoffs. Ellis averaged 19 points and 5.7 assists per game. Ellis has one of the best careers for a non all-star, maybe that can end this year if the Mavericks are in the middle of the Western Conference pack at the all-star break.
