26. Orlando Magic – 27.5

Prediction: Over

Two years removed from the Dwight Howard fiasco, the Magic have been anything but magical during their slow and painful rebuild, making two consecutive trips to the NBA lottery and posting an abysmal record of 43-121.

On the flip side, new General Manager Rob Hennigan has done an excellent job finding young hidden talent both in the NBA draft and through trades (Vucevic, O’Quinn, Harkless, Harris, Oladipo), but that still has yet to translate into more wins for this up and coming team.

Now in year three of the rebuild, fans are anxiously hoping to see some form of improvement record wise, not another clear cut path to the lottery.
