The Indiana Pacers need to blow it up, start over with the foundation of Paul George next season. First, David West. Then, Roy Hibbert.

It won’t be the hardest thing in the world to deal either of them. Hibbert needs a change of scenery. It will do good for both Hibbert and the Pacers.

Indiana just needs to take that leap of faith, and trust George to lead them into the franchise’s next phase. One that doesn’t include West or Hibbert.
