The Jazz Are Thankful For: Gordon Hayward Living Up to His Contract

The Jazz appear to be spending another year in the western conference’s cellar, but there is plenty to be thankful for.

For example, Dante Exum has shown flashes of brilliance in spite of his inexperience and physical immaturity.

However, it is Gordon Hayward’s ability to rise up and live up to his contract this season that should have the Jazz cheering and being thankful. Hayward is producing a career-best in the scoring and rebounding department, while also posting the best field goal percentage since his rookie season.

It remains to be seen if Hayward’s on-the-court game will ever catch up to his video game prowess, but as of right now things are looking up for the Jazz’s franchise player.
