2010 NBA Draft: Round 1, Pick 6

Ekpe Udoh gained tons of draft hype during his junior year at Baylor, winning the hearts of many after an impressive run in the 2010 NCAA Tournament.

The problem was, that’s all Udoh really had to show for, given the fact that he didn’t post a tantalizing statline or even have elite size for that matter, causing many scouts to be weary of his long term potential and NBA readiness.

Of course, those same red flags went on to haunt the Golden State Warriors after they selected him in the 2010 draft, failing to earn the starting job over Andreis Biendris before eventually getting traded to the Milwaukee Bucks.

From that point on, it’s been an absolute trainwreck career wise and there’s no question Udoh should be out of the league once his contract with the Clippers expires.
