Resolution: Find a new face of the franchise
Now that Rajon Rondo has officially been traded to the Dallas Mavericks, the Boston Celtics are finally in a position where they can move on. Their next task, however, is finding their next face of the franchise. One that will step in and replace Rondo as the future.
I’m not sure if the Celtics currently have one of those types of players on their roster, but they can sure find out as the season continues to unfold. And if they don’t have their next franchise player on the roster, they can tank their way to get one. Right, Philadelphia?
