2014-15 Stats: 23.6 points, 7.8 rebounds, 4.4 rebounds
This man has been playing out of his mind this season. The shots he makes discourages defenders to play the game of basketball. It’s like he’s shooting into the ocean; he can’t miss.
Averaging nearly 24 points, eight assists, four rebounds and two steals per game, he’s not only scoring but filling up the entire stat sheet. He’s looking to carry this momentum into the playoffs against New Orleans.
2. Russell Westbrook
2014-15 Stats: 27.5 points, 8.3 assists, 7.2 rebounds
A future NBA MVP of the league, Russell Westbrook is unguardable. Coaches don’t try to stop him, they only hope to contain him. And they fail.
Tallying six triple-doubles in his last eight games is flat-out remarkable. There’s nothing he can’t do on an NBA court. The only reason why he’s not No. 1 on this list is because of the amount of games he’s missed this year.
3. Damian Lillard
2014-15 Stats: 21.4 points, 6.2 assists, 4.8 rebounds
A man not afraid of the pressure, Damian Lillards and LaMarcus Aldridge are carrying the Portland Trail Blazers on their backs. This team looks thin on paper, but plays with thick skin. And it starts with this guy. It doesn’t matter who they play in the first round, it’s a guarantee Damian Lillard steals the show.
