With the NBA Playoffs officially kicking off this weekend, here are 10 things I think will happen during this year’s version of the playoffs

The NBA Playoffs are a few days away, the seeding and matchups are set. We’re ready to play ball.

And this time, it counts.

From early season predictions to NBA all-star selections, none of that remotely matters anymore. The regular season is fine and dandy and it’s the only way to qualify for the postseason, but success in that portion of the season is minimal in comparison to what can be accomplished in the NBA playoffs.

From the West to the East, each conference will supply its fair share of drama and storylines over the course of the next two months — and we’ll love every minute of it.

LeBron James, once again, enters the playoffs as one of the favorites to re-gain his crown, while the Splash Bros in Golden State are doing unimaginable things — and that’s just in the regular season.

The San Antonio Spurs are still relevant, even if they are one year “older.” Most importantly, they’re still the defending champs. Until someone knocks them off.

As we prepare to kick off the 2015 version of the NBA playoffs, here are 10 things that I think will happen over the next couple of months.
