2015 NBA Draft: Post Lottery Draft Top-10 Big Board

9 of 11

8. Kristaps Porzingis, SF/PF, Latvia

Another international player who plays in the Euroleague and ACB, Porzingis is an intriguing prospect that is surrounded in ambivalence. Porzingis is very lanky, mobile and athletic center that can develop into one of the most unique big men in the league if he continues his development.

However, Porzingis is still very raw and lacks any real go-to moves that can help him beat NBA-caliber defenders. To compound his lack of creativity, Porzingis is incredibly thin as well, something that will surely hinder him in the pros, if he does not put on serious weight.

In spite of his physical and fundamental deficiencies, many teams are hard-pressed to find frontcourt players who are as agile as Porzingis, who can also play above the rim and make 3-pointers like he can, which is why the 19-year-old should hear his named called early on in the draft.
