2015 NBA Mock Draft 2.0: Karl-Anthony Towns, Jahlil Okafor Still Lead The Pack

Nine might be a reach for him, but he’s such a good fit here, and does it really make sense to trade down a few spots? The comparison seems to be Klay Thompson or Gordon Hayward, and even though he isn’t the ball-handler/athlete they are, he’s still very good.
He could be a great 3-and-D wing in this league, and that is exactly what Charlotte needs to get back to their winning ways

I’ve been going through a lot of Hornets stuff, and people seem convinced they’re going to take a power forward. They took one the last two years, so that wouldn’t be the best idea ever. Instead, they could address their shooting need.
They had the worst three point percentage in the league this year, and adding Devin Booker can change that. None of their big men have much range, and between Kemba Walker, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Gerald Henderson and Lance Stephenson there’s no good shooters on this team. Devin Booker has NBA range and he’s big, long, and a good defender.
