28. Boston Celtics: Guillermo Hernangomez, Spain

Guillermo Hernangomez is one of the top center prospects hailing from Europe, drawing praise after an impressive season in Sevilla. He’s best known for playing a physical and tough brand of basketball, using his monstrous 250 pound frame to dominate opponents on both ends of the floor. With the Celtics in need of a true center, drafting Hernangomez and bringing him over a few years later could be a viable option.

29. Brooklyn Nets: Terry Rozier, Louisville

Terry Rozier may not be a pure pass-first point guard, but he’s got the athleticism, ball handling ability and scoring-prowess to be a potential steal in this draft. The Nets need a floor general that can eventually take the reigns from Deron Williams, so Rozier should be near the top of their draft board at 29.

30. Golden State Warriors: Chris McCullough, Syracuse

Chris McCullough was once projected to be a lottery pick, up until he tore his ACL in early January. He’s got the length, athleticism and shooting stroke to be a potential stretch 4 at the next level, but needs to bulk up his 200 pound frame before he can be effective.
