1. Minnesota Timberwolves: Karl Anthony-Towns, Kentucky

There’s been rumors that Wolves President Flip Saunders prefers Jahlil Okafor over Karl Anthony-Towns, but it could very well be a smoke screen. Towns may not be as NBA ready as Okafor, but his two-way versatility and star potential should give him the edge come draft day.

2. Los Angeles Lakers: Jahlil Okafor, Duke

With Towns off the board, the Lakers will likely take Jahlil Okafor with the 2nd pick. He’s easily the most gifted offensive big man this draft has to offer and will help expedite the team’s rebuilding process heading into next season.

3. Philadelphia 76ers: D’Angelo Russell, Ohio State

And now for the million dollar question: Will the Sixers go with D’Angelo Russell or Emmanuel Mudiay? My guess is Russell since he fits the mold of what the Sixers want out of a point guard. He’s a more proficient shooter, can play either guard position and has incredible vision for a floor general. The only thing stopping Philly from taking Russell is if the Lakers grab him first.
