10. Miami Heat: Stanley Johnson, Arizona
Luol Deng isn’t getting any younger, so drafting a wing like Stanley Johnson might be their best long term option. He’s got the size, defensive skills and shooting touch to be a prototypical 3 and D type wing player. The only cause for concern is his consistency.
11. Indiana Pacers: Frank Kaminsky, Wisconsin
Roy Hibbert’s relationship with the Pacers hit rock bottom after coach Frank Vogel suggesting that his role could be significantly diminished heading into next season. Drafting insurance in Frank Kaminsky makes Hibbert all the more expendable, especially if he opts out of his $15.5 million player option.
12. Utah Jazz: Cameron Payne, Murray State
The Jazz may already have a slew of point guards in their backcourt, but Cameron Payne is worth the positional logjam. He fits the defensive mold head coach Quinn Snyder wants in his starting lineup and has the skills to be this draft’s mid-major sleeper.
