22. Chicago Bulls: Rashad Vaughn

Rashad Vaughn has the offensive upside to be a solid player at the next level, but lacks the athleticism to ever evolve into a star. With new head coach Fred Hoiberg employing a free flowing three-point based offense, Vaughn’s shooting ability could sway management to draft him early.

23. Portland Trailblazers: Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Arizona

During his 2 seasons at Arizona, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson was best known as a defensive specialist that used his 6’7″ size and 7’2″ winspan to effectively cover both wings and guards. Nicolas Batum may already play a similar role for Portland, but adding another defensive force on the roster wouldn’t be that bad of an idea.

24. Cleveland Cavaliers: Justin Anderson, Virginia

Justin Anderson can do it all. He’s a solid defender, capable three point shooter and can use his athleticism to attack the rim at will. The only knock on his game is that he doesn’t excel in one area. With Shawn Marion and James Jones set to come off the books after this season, adding a wing like Anderson would be a high upside, low risk move.
