DeMarcus Cousins will be traded to the Lakers

In the end, I simply don’t think we’re going to get to the start of training camp this summer with both George Karl and DeMarcus Cousins on the same NBA roster. One of them has to go and, even though the Kings front office people have to say the right things right now, I ultimately believe that Cousins will be suiting up for a different team this fall.

And that team could very well be the Los Angeles Lakers. Why not? They’ve stolen disgruntled stars in the past. I don’t see why they can’t do it yet again. And NBA Draft night is the perfect time for a trade of this magnitude to take place. Plus, you’d think that the Kings would be receiving a few, at the very least, picks from the Lakers.
