Willie Cauley-Stein will fall out of the top-8

Because of some of his past injury issues, most notably his foot, many believe that he’ll slide — even a little bit — down NBA Draft boards. Even though there should be some concerns, because big men with a history of foot injuries have never fared well in the NBA, I feel like red flag could be a bit overblown.

Cauley-Stein has reportedly looked good in pre-draft workouts, but there’s a genuine feeling around the NBA that he could fall out of his projected top-8.

If he ultimately does, some team between the picks of 8-12 could be getting the steal of the draft.
