21. Dallas Mavericks

Pick: Justin Anderson, SF, Virginia

Grade: B-

A powerful lefty, Anderson is very good at getting to the rim, especially against smaller players. He’s strong, around the rim he’s solid, and can defend. He’s a sleeper in this draft and should be a fine player for the Mavs.

22. Chicago Bulls

Pick: Bobby Portis, PF, Arkansas

Grade: C

The Bulls are adding depth to their frontcourt here with Portis. He’s a big man who can run the floor — some may even call this pick a steal for the Bulls, but either way they’re getting a very good athlete in Portis.

23. Brooklyn Nets

Pick: Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, SF, Arizona

Grade: C

A good ball-handler that can defend, Hollis-Jefferson is a solid pickup that will do well from off the bench for the Nets. The Blazers traded Hollis-Jefferson’s rights to the Brooklyn Nets.

24. Minnesota Timberwolves

Pick: Tyus Jones, PG, Duke

Grade: C

Drafted by the Cavaliers but traded to the Timberwolves, Jones provides great backup for Rubio and joins an already stacked young squad, Jones can score and shoot and relishes the big game, just ask North Carolina and Wisconsin.

25. Memphis Grizzlies

Pick: Jarell Martin, PF, LSU

Grade: D+

A big man going to a team full of big men. A questionable pick for the Grizzlies, to say the least. Nevertheless, Martin has the potential to be a great player. He can extend the floor and handle the ball, but with a team stacked with size I don’t see how he gets into Memphis’ rotation.

Next: Spurs, Lakers, Celtics, Nets and Warriors
