The Standout Who Lost His Way: Aaron Craft
What ever happened to Aaron Craft? Craft was the face of the Ohio State University basketball program, and now he is vying for a position on a NBA team. But Craft is just following the same path that every former college standout turned NBA washout follows — the summer league.
Craft is putting up the most summer league looking stat line with 5.3 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists per game. He is the perfect example of the player who led a major college program to the NCAA Tournament and then became irrelevant right before the draft.
His mediocre shooting paired with his limited athleticism makes him an ideal summer league player.
