9. Zach Randolph, Memphis Grizzlies

2014-15 Stats: 16.1 points, 10.5 rebounds

Randolph has been a mainstay on this list since arriving in Memphis and turning his career around. His numbers have taken a hit over the last few seasons, as the Grizzlies have grown into more than a one man show.

Even with the growth of Marc Gasol and Mike Conley Jr, Randolph is still the heart and soul of this team. Last season, he put up averages of 16/11, but the all-star nods still seem to go to the players that can dunk from the free throw line, while grind-it-out players like Randolph always get passed over.
