Orlando Magic

Biggest Weakness: Chemistry

The Magic are a team on the rise, much like the Bucks. Elfrid Payton is a walking triple-double, can snag one on any night. Victor Oladipo has emerged as the teams leader, while Tobias Harris and Nikola Vucevic are the older statesman on the team that provides the blue collar aspect for the Magic.

Their issues have been youth and chemistry, as they have yet to find a true bond on the court as a unit, as someone has always been out with injuries. If they can start and remain healthy for the majority of the season, they can easily make a run for 40 wins.
