Biggest Weakness: No Identity
The Nuggets, for all of their recent failures, are solid across the board in all categories. They are middle of the pack defensively, they can score the ball, rebound and get to the charity stripe with ease.
The problem is they don’t do one particular thing great. Players like Wilson Chandler, Danilo Gallinari, Kenneth Faried and JJ Hickson are all-around players, but specialize in nothing specific.
If they can figure out an identity this season, they could reach the 40-win mark.
