Biggest Weakness: Team Chemistry

The Kings are at a crossroad. They have the talent with players like DeMarcus Cousins, Rudy Gay, Omri Casspi and Rajon Rondo. Excuses were made that they didn’t have a viable coach on the sidelines, but that changed with the hiring of George Karl.

The issue with the Kings now is how do they make these egos work? Cousins alone is a handful and with reports that he and Karl do not see eye-to-eye, it can cause plenty of friction in the locker room – and on the court.

To makes things worse, Rondo has been known to be a distraction. So now you have a three-headed monster in Cousins, Karl and Rondo. If they can get on the same page, then the Kings can have a resurgence of sorts but if one or all show their colors, this will not end well.
