Biggest Weakness: Their Rebuilding Plan
The 76ers play in the weak Eastern Conference. For the last few years they have been on a rebuilding mission by trading away their good players for salary dumps and draft picks.
Their roster is starting to come together, but building their plan through the draft will continue to hurt them. They have the funds and picks to either make a trade or sign a major star (or two), but have refused to even try.
If they want to win, they must abandon their current philosophy and join the rest of the NBA in trying to put a winner on the floor.
