Biggest Weakness: Too Much Going On
The Cavs are obviously loaded with talent. The went to the NBA Finals last season with Kevin Love out and with Kyrie Irving fighting leg problems throughout the playoffs.
So what did they do this offseason? They got better in a sense. They didn’t let their top free agents walk, they supposedly have a deal in place with playoff breakout star Matthew Deleadova and Tristian Thompson. They are still waiting on J.R. Smith.
If everyone does return and with the addition of Richard Jefferson and Mo Williams, they will be better than last year. But is it too much? Where is all the playing time coming from? They were hungry when they went grocery shopping only to realize when they got home that they spent money on food they didn’t need in the end.
