25. Randy Wittman, Washington Wizards

First, let’s establish my bias here. As a life-long Washington Wizards fan it pains me to watch a team with such a good roster consistently fail to make the Eastern Conference Finals. I’ve had to deal with the Gilbert Arenas vs. Javaris Crittenton shootout, the Kwame Brown drafting of 2001 and don’t even get me started on JaVale McGee.

Now that the Wizards have arguably the best backcourt in the NBA, paired with Marcin Gortat, Nene and Otto Porter, I can’t bear to see the Wizards fall short — again. Wittman does not have enough control over this team, and he struggles to close out games. He has only won a combined 90 games with the Wizards the past two seasons, and they should easily be winning 50 games a season.
