15. Indiana Pacers
Backcourt: George Hill & Monta Ellis
The Pacers have a pretty solid backcourt. George Hill proved last season that, if called upon, he can be an offensive force, and the addition of Monta Ellis, plus the return of Paul George, could make Hill a candidate for 10 assist per game this season.
Ellis has the skill set to be a 20-plus scorer on a nightly basis, but does he have the mental strength to do it. Hill is a decent defender while Ellis is well…he plays good offense.
