Milwaukee Bucks

Last Year’s Outcome: 41-41, L, First Round

Best-Case Scenario: Reach Second Round Of Playoffs

Why: The Milwaukee Bucks were quite the surprise last season. After landing the No. 2 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, which became Jabari Parker, and then losing him for the season early in the year, not much was expected from the Bucks. But they didn’t care.

Milwaukee went on to make the playoffs in the Eastern Conference as a sixth seed and take the Chicago Bulls to six games. Expect them to try and take that a step further this season, especially after adding free agent Greg Monroe this summer. Making the second round of the playoffs is nothing to scoff at for a young, developing team. That’s what the Bucks should be aiming for this season.

Worst-Case Scenario: Miss Playoffs

Why: If things go south this season and the Bucks should somehow miss the playoffs, that would be the ultimate failure for a team that is returning a healthy Jabari Parker and welcoming an all-star caliber player in Greg Monroe.

What Will Probably Happen: First Round Playoff Exit

Why: The Bucks should be aiming for a top-5 finish in the Eastern Conference. Though, something tells me that the Cavs, Heat, Wizards, Bulls and Raptors could all be better than this team. If that holds true, it’s going to be awfully difficult for this team to come away with a first round playoff series win.
