With the start of the NBA regular season less than a week away, two of our writers breakdown the Eastern Conference and make some playoff predictions

We are less than a week away from the NBA’s opening night. But hey, who’s counting?

In the Eastern Conference, the Atlanta Hawks look to repeat as the top seed, but the Cleveland Cavaliers and Chicago Bulls will look to dethrone them. After an injury-ridiculed season, the Miami Heat could very well be in the running as a top seed in the East, as well.

Oh, and we can’t forget about the young up-and-coming Milwaukee Bucks, who look to shake the rankings up.

With pre-season approaching its end, lets make some Eastern Conference playoff predictions.
