4. San Antonio Spurs

Christina – Last season, the Spurs were among the top 10 teams in assists, points per game, field goal percentage, and 3-point percentage. With stats like that, it’s hard to believe they took a first round playoff exit. During the offseason, the Spurs added some new frontcourt toys, Lamarcus Aldridge and David West.

Their “Big 3” Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobili are still in place along with Kawhi Leonard, Boris Diaw, and Danny Green. With near flawless ball movement, seasoned players, and new additions, they could very well fin their way back to the NBA Finals.

Michael – The Spurs will have a say in who comes out of the West when it’s all said and done. I don’t know if they’ll be in the Conference Finals, but they’ll be one of top four teams out West during the regular season, at the very least.
