With the first week of the NBA season in the books, we look at some risers, fallers and other notes from opening week 

The wait is over at last basketball fans.

The teams are out of the starting blocks (some slower than others), and the 2015-2016 NBA season is finally underway. Early on, we’ve seen a number of teams claim spots true to where the world expects them to be this season.

Yet, in other cases, we’ve seen some teams turn heads with surprisingly good (or bad) performances. So without further ado let’s dive in and take a look at where we stand with the season just a few games in.
