Stephen Curry three-point attempts
BUY
The defending NBA MVP is shooting three-pointers at an amazing rate to start this season. So far, through 19 games, Stephen Curry has attempted 211 3’s. The second-closest player in 3-point attempts is James Harden (161), but has still taken 50 less than Curry. In comparison to last season, Curry had attempted 142 3’s in his first 19 games.

Yup, he’s taken 69 more 3’s through 19 games this season. That’s not even the craziest part, though. Since the volume of his shots are up, common sense would say that his three-point percentage would go down, even just a bit, right?
Wrong.
Curry is shooting 45 percent from 3 this season (through 19 games), compared to 40 percent last season. That’s insane. He’s playing on an entirely different level right now and I don’t think there’s any proof to point to that would say he plans on slowing down at any point this season. Get used to the new best player in the world. He sure is playing like it.
