Wish: One Superstar
The Boston Celtics, sans any true star or superstar, are still one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference. If nothing else, they’re a pest to deal with. The Celtics are in the thick of the East playoff race and look like they’re a slam dunk to participate in this year’s postseason.
Though, no one really expects them to make much noise once they’re there. Although, if the were to swing a deal for a superstar, one such as DeMarcus Cousins, the outlook on the Celtics season will drastically change. They will go from being a pest to a real problem in the Eastern Conference. That’s what the Celtics – and their fans – truly want this holiday season.
