Indiana Pacers
Record: 23-19
Had we reached the middle of the season a couple weeks ago, the Indiana Pacers would’ve passed with flying colors. However, after what has happened to this team in the last few weeks, I can only give Indiana a high “C”.
The Pacers have lost seven of their last 12 games, but still carry a record of 23-19. Not all is lost in Pacer Land. They’re still projected to make the playoffs, not counting for injury, and Paul George has looked great this season. That’s the good news.
If the Pacers ever get back to that team that was running stride for stride with the Cleveland Cavaliers in the standings, as they were early in the season, this Indiana team could be very dangerous in April and May. That’s a big “if”, though.
