Chicago Bulls
Record: 24-17
The Chicago Bulls haven’t been bad or terrible this year, they’re still on pace to win close to 50 wins against this season, but they do have issues. Soon enough, they’re going to have to start facing them, no matter how hard they try to avoid them.
Derrick Rose might be holding Jimmy Butler back, and the Bulls have a huge hole at small forward which their abundance of frontcourt depth could solve but they continue to bypass on the opportunity to make a move.
Now, Joakim Noah is injured and out for the season, and he might’ve played his last game in a Bulls jersey (becomes unrestricted free agent at the end of the season). Fred Hoiberg hasn’t had the impact on Chicago’s offense that every assumed he would. If anything, this team looks more like a Tom Thibodeau-run team more than anything.
On top of that, they still aren’t a threat to knock off Cleveland. Apart from that, though…
