That all changed late last week, though, when they suffered two-straight questionable losses.</p> <p>First, to the Houston Rockets, who were shorthanded. And then to the New Orleans Pelicans, who in their defense had been playing better as of late but still haven’t shown consistency.</p> <p>The Bucks took two steps forward and two steps back last week.
