Having Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook will do that for any team. Though, at this point, there’s simply no beating the Warriors. They’re too good. And that’s not a knock on the rest of the NBA. The Spurs and Cavs, just like the Thunder, definitely have their flaws.
But, just maybe, the Thunder really are the second-best team in the NBA, despite what the records may indicate?

The Oklahoma City Thunder might’ve lost to the Golden State Warriors – and that is the most important thing – but they did go toe-to-toe with the best team in the NBA. The Warriors had an opportunity late in the game to make things interesting and possibly steal a win.
