Rockets Get: David Lee, Jared Sullinger, Draft Picks

I mean, a trade in which the Celtics unload even just a couple of their bigs in a deal to get one significant big would be a major win for Boston. The best part is that they don’t even have to trade their most valuable asset – the Nets’ 2016 first-round pick.

Boston would get Dwight, which would help them this season, and instantly give them some credibility that they’re desperately missing in the Eastern Conference.

Sure, they may have the third best record in the East, but I don’t think many believe they’re any sort of threat to make the Eastern Conference Finals.

On the other hand, the Rockets would get David Lee’s expiring contract and a potential nice bench player in Jared Sullinger. They would also get one of the Celtics’ other draft picks.
