Charlotte: Michael Jordan Salutes the Mamba

After 20 seasons, there is still only one player who Bryant has been compared to throughout his career: Michael Jordan.

There are the subtleties, like a shaved head and his mannerisms on the basketball court.

Others are a distinct echo, like the fadeaway jumper.

But there is one thing that seems to separate the two, their intensity and passion for the game.

Who was better? Fans can split the difference over one ring until the end of time.

But in Bryant’s final game in Charlotte, the legend took the time to acknowledge their friendship over the years and wished him the best in his future endeavors.
