NBA: Eight Teams That Disappointed In 2015-16

With the 2015-16 NBA season coming to a conclusion, we looked back at eight teams that have been disappointments this season

The NBA playoffs officially begins in less than 20 days. The 2015-16 regular season is nearly in the books and its provided us with plenty to talk about.

From the retirement of Kobe Bryant to the continued rise of Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors – and that’s not including the storylines heading into the playoffs.

Speaking of the NBA playoffs, there are a handful of teams that have been pleasant surprises this season. We looked at six of them here. On the other hand, there were also some teams that left much to be desired. Whether that be because of offseason expectations or success from previous seasons, there are teams every year that simply don’t live up to said hype. And this year wasn’t any different.

We decided to profile and take a deeper look at eight of those teams – ones that just, in a word, were huge disappointments this season.
