As Kobe Bryant prepares to say goodbye to the basketball world, we looked back at some of his most memorable moments in the NBA

It’s the end of an era.

After 20 years of supplying NBA fans with drama, entertainment and a player to root for – or against – Kobe Bryant will be playing in his final game tonight. He’ll hang up his sneakers and say goodbye as he walks off the Staples Center, and an NBA court altogether, for the last time against the Utah Jazz.

And when we think of Kobe Bryant, plenty comes to mind. Whether it be his five NBA Championships, his 81-point game or the way he captivated an audience whenever he had the ball in his hands in the waning seconds of any game. In any case, Kobe will be missed – by both those that adored and hated him.

So it’s only right to give Kobe a proper sendoff. And before he calls it quits, we decided to look back at some of the most memorable moments in his illustrious NBA career – both on and off the court.
