Becomes Lakers All-Time Leading Scorer
There’s nothing like knowing you were the best at something. And while Kobe Bryant will never be considered the greatest basketball player of all-time, as long as we live in a universe in which Micheal Jordan existed, he can say that he’s the Lakers’ all-time leading scorer.
On Feb 1, 2010 against the the Memphis Grizzlies, Kobe became the Lakers’ all-time leading scorer by passing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on a breakaway layup. Kobe will finish his career as a Laker with some 33,500-plus points. And unless there’s another phenom on their roster currently, Kobe is probably going to hold onto that record for a long time.
Kobe Bryant, the greatest Laker of all-time.
