NBA Playoff Power Rankings: Is It Smart To Sleep On The Oklahoma City Thunder?
14. Houston Rockets (0-1)
So, this is what the Houston Rockets fought for a playoff spot for?
Then again, this is probably what the Warriors were going to do to any team that would’ve made the playoffs as the 8th seed. However, Houston HAS to show more fight than they did in Game 1 against the Warriors. Yes, Golden State is going to make a few some shots that make you say, “how’d he make that”, and are going to get away with some moving screens, but you have to find a way.
Houston, simply put, did not do a good job of that in Game 1.
Instead of playing through all of that, the Rockets kind of complained more than they competed. That, amongst the simple fact that they don’t have the same level of talent as the Warriors, was one of their bigger issues in Game 1.
